In the interests of transparency, here’s a few points to consider.

#1: I don’t buy coffee kit. You need to be OK with sending any pre-agreed items to me without cost.

#2: If after testing your item I decide that I can’t endorse it, then I won’t publish the review and I’ll return the item to you, provided you organize shipment. At time of writing, this has only happened twice.

#3: Someone from your team needs to make themselves available for my questions about technical aspects as well as providing responses to anything that I perceive as a limitation. This collaborative process is a feature of my reviews and makes for a well- balanced video. Naturally, I’ll be the final arbiter of review content.

#4: A review typically involves a month of using your item and then two days creating, recording, editing and publishing the review. I get paid in one or more of several ways, all of which are up for discussion with a view to creating a customized win-win agreement:

• I will retain ownership of the reviewed item and may sell it to pay for my time spent testing and reviewing.
• You or your resellers may supply me with a discount code of 5% for the buyer and I will be paid a percentage (negotiated but sensitive to your margins), for each sale that I generate. Ideally, I’ll also be provided with an affiliate link so that sales are transparent and trackable in real-time at my end.
• If ‘a’ and ‘b’ above are not viable for you, then a review fee of US$3,000 will typically apply but this may be made by providing equipment for me to resell in lieu of a monetary payment.
